It is under development in Texas after receiving a nonprofit organization charter in record time. It is positioned to be the first nonprofit, full service facility of its kind in the United States.
Based on a passionate love of animals, Oscar's Sanctuary will combine the best clinical expertise with the latest diagnostic technology and hygiene.
